BRENTWOOD— Brentwood residents were concerned with the 1-minute parking sign that was displayed over the weekend.
The sign was misprinted and was supposed to read “1 Hour Parking.” Photos and articles of the mistaken sign have been floating on the Internet for a week, with a promise of a replacement with the proper sign within the next couple of weeks.
The mishap of the sign had already been replaced by the afternoon of June 20 by the Los Angeles Department of Transportation. The misprinted sign was located on 11777 San Vicente Boulevard.
The sign noted that the 1-minute parking was in effect Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
