The applicant will develop and administer environmental programs, oversee water quality monitoring and stormwater compliance efforts, and support initiatives that protect Malibu’s coastal environment.
The position has a salary starting at $113,508 and can reach as much as $148,103 annually with a competitive benefits package.
The applicant should be knowledgeable and forward-thinking environmental professional with expertise in regulatory compliance, stormwater management, and water quality programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with experience implementing environmental compliance programs, analyzing data, collaborating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders, and recommending practical solutions to advance the city’s environmental goals.
