LOS ANGELES—The Lakers will host the Philadelphia 76ers on Christmas Day following the departure of LeBron James.

The NBA schedule officially came out after all the dominos in free agency was revealed. Adam Silver made it clear that the signing of LeBron James was what the league was waiting on to finish the schedule.

“We have to finish up the schedule and where LeBron plays affect the schedule…So I need him to make a decision” Sliver said at CNBC event.

The decision from James has stirred up a lot of rumors about the Lakers front office and how they treated the future hall of fame player during his tenure.

GM Rob Pelinka is accused of not building teams to suite LeBron’s needs and shifted as soon as Doncic got there. The noise created a narrative for an entertaining matchup for the NBA season.
