BEVERLY HILLS—A special meeting was held by the Beverly Hills’ Cultural Heritage Commission on Monday, November 17 to discuss changes to the Cultural Heritage ordinance which includes the Historic Incentive Permit, a new right that would support preservation of landmarked properties.
The new permit will give permission to those homeowners with landmarked properties to update.
The Commission also evaluated the Historic Preservation Ordinance, the new title given to the Cultural Heritage Ordinance.
