BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Beverly Hills announced on its Facebook page on October 11 that the Beverly Hills Fire Department will be conducting an evacuation drill community meeting on Tuesday, October 14.

It will take place in the Trousdale area north of Sunset Boulevard from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. to prepare in the event of a major wildfire.

The exercise is designed to give residents and public safety personnel the opportunity to practice real-time evacuation procedures, test communication systems, and identify areas for improvement in emergency response.

Residents living in the designated drill zone will receive advance instructions and are strongly encouraged to participate to help strengthen community readiness and resilience.
