HOLLYWOOD—It is not often that I highly anticipate a moment on a soap opera, but kudos, kudos to “The Bold and the Beautiful.” I was wondering where this war between Forrester Creations and Logan would go with dueling fashion houses. We haven’t had this since Spectra Fashions and that is such a thing of the past. The fact that the writers even considered taking this gamble is proof that it works.

Why? It’s a blow to Forrester Creations and the faces behind that titan and gosh was it long overdue. This notion that Eric and Ridge Forrester are untouchable is coming to an end. This is all the result of Steffy Forrester and the powers that be at Forrester Creations pushing Hope Logan aka Hope Spencer to the waist-side yet again when it came to Hope for the Future.

Steffy, I love her sometimes, but at the same time, she gets power hungry and wanted to keep Hope in her place. Tired of being dismissed and not considered important, she jumped over to Logan where her aunt Katie is the face and Liam convinced her. Yes, I do not think Hope would have ever considered the move without a bit of pushing. Liam knew which buttons to push, but he was not lying when he did it.

If Hope had stayed at FC she would have continuously had to wonder when she would be pushed to the side, not to mention if Ridge or Steffy would give her the boot if she did or said something they didn’t like.

I mean Brooke and Steffy constantly bursting into Logan’s offices trying to find out who the designer is was annoying. If you’re not so threatened, stop wondering. With that said, it was revealed that Deke was the designer (he actually is), but the face behind it was Hope. Brooke brought that news back to Forrester Creations and everyone laughed. However, that changed last week, when the final moment of the fashion show delivered the biggest face-crack of the season.

Logan pulled out the punches when it came to fashions, to Eric and Ridge’s laughs. The big reveal of Katie introducing the line as Hope by Logan (the name is perfection) and Hope strutting the runaway in an incredible gown and the Hope for the Future diamond was fantastic. Brooke was stunned, Steffy speechless for once, Ridge was worried, Eric was scared and Electra was flabbergasted. I loved it, I mean loved it! Donna was worried because she has known all along, but what is she supposed to do: support once sister and not the other. Plus, it’s not like designs were stolen from FC, these were original pieces crafted and it’s not Hope for the Future. That was something I was worried about.

Now, the fallout has officially kicked into gear with Brooke livid about Katie and Hope’s betrayal. Brooke, you slept with Katie’s husband Bill twice, once getting pregnant. Katie didn’t betray you, this is business and you lost. If there were any qualms it should have been Hope just telling Steffy and company that she quit instead of taking a sabbatical. The hypocrisy from Brooke Logan is making me hate the character so much more. She made it seem as if Katie slept with Ridge; she hasn’t by the way.

Hope seriously has to gain some backbone and stop doubting herself. I’m sorry she should have done this ages ago. Be the face of your dreams and take control of the wheel, as your aunt Katie is allowing you to do. You have a ton of people really supporting you and wanting you to win, whereas with Forrester Creations that has never been the same. I already know where things are headed: Brooke is going to kick Hope out.

It is so obvious, but I don’t understand how, Hope and Liam haven’t already moved off the property. I mean you guys are married, not to mention it is not an issue for you both to get your own place. Liam is a Spencer and Bill has plenty of money. Brooke is going to be mad, so what, get over it! She needs a taste of her own medicine for how she has treated Katie for chasing after her own dreams.

I swear if we have to deal with this Electra and Will BS, I’m going to be livid. Sorry Electra this is business, this is not personal, so stop expecting Will to have this blind loyalty to you at all costs. Would Electra do the same if things were flipped and FC tasked her with something that she couldn’t tell Will; would she spill that tea? Probably not.

Let this rivalry war between Forrester Creations and Logan continue because Bill vs. Ridge, Steffy vs. Hope, Eric vs. Deke and Katie vs. Logan is going to be such fun on “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
