HOLLYWOOD—Singer and actress Kristin Chenoweth, 46, and film producer Dana Brunetti, 41, have officially split after dating for less than a year.
Chenoweth and Brunetti made their first public appearance as a couple at the Golden Globes in January 2014.
Chenoweth recently released her first live CD, “Coming Home” on November 17.
