WEST HOLLYWOOD—The person responsible for killing three men in West Hollywood in a drug deal gone bad was sentenced to three consecutive life terms on November 20.

Harold Young Park, 35, was found guilty on September 29, 2014 during a non-jury trial on three counts each of first-degree murder and first degree residential robbery, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office announced in a press release.

Piooz Moussazadeh, 27, his brother, Shahriar Moussazadeh, 38 and Bernard Khalili, 27, were killed on August 26, 2010 at an apartment on North Kings Road.

The suspect arrived at the apartment intending to steal marijuana from the victims. Investigators later found three pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.

Special circumstance allegations of multiple murders, murder during a robbery, murder during a burglary were also found true. Use of gun allegations were also confirmed. 

The defendant chose to have a court trial versus a jury trial, where the judge determined the guilt.
