SANTA MONICA—A four story mixed use apartment building with 43 new apartment units is set to replace the parking lot at 1318 Lincoln Blvd. in Downtown Santa Monica in Spring 2020. The Santa Monica Architectural Review Board gained approval for WS communities, real estate development, to construct the building with nearly 3,437 square feet of retail space and four adjacent levels of subterranean parking.
The new building’s development will also neighbor several Expo Line developments. WS Communities is also developing several other projects in the city of Santa Monica such as:
