SANTA MONICA—The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education announced that it will hold a special open session on Thursday, January 22, 2026, to present a midyear progress report on the district’s priorities for the 2025-2026 school year.
It will be held at 2 p.m. at the SMMUSD District Office, which is located at 1717 4th Street in Santa Monica.
There will be no Zoom portion for the meeting. There will also be a regular school board meeting after this session. The school district intends to post the meeting agenda on its website, which can be found at: https://www.smmusd.org/board-of-education/board-meeting.
