HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On Saturday, October 18, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported a structure fire at 11:32 p.m. The fire transpired at a one-story single-family dwelling located at 6720 W. Sunset Blvd.
There was a well-involved fire and exposing two additional structures: a motel to the east and another single-family home to the south. Firefighters coordinated a defensive attack on the primary structure and prioritized protection of the other two buildings.
The fire was knocked down in 40 minutes with a total of 59 firefighters on scene. There were no reports of any injuries. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
