WOODLAND HILLS—A fire at a San Fernando Valley condominium left one woman dead and a man injured on April 25. The incident has officially been ruled as an accident.

Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the call at 9:34 p.m. The four-story condominium complex was located at 21650 Burbank Boulevard in Woodland Hills.

The fire originated on the second floor of the building.

Officials are still investigating the exact cause of the fire. The male victim who suffered severe burns and smoke exposure, was immediately hospitalized.

The building sustained damages that total an estimated cost of $500,000.
