PACIFIC PALISADES – Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin purchased a newly built home for $9 million in the Pacific Palisades region.

The 25-year-old forward has not been reported to have bought any other residence, so this purchase is considered to be his first. The Cape Cod-inspired three-story house is more than 9,100 square feet. The home consists of six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Other amenities include a gym, a saltwater swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen, according to its listing on Amalfi Estates. Griffin’s new abode is located in the Riviera neighborhood of Pacific Palisades.
