HOLLYWOOD HILLS—A Hollywood Hills mansion featuring interiors designed by musician Lenny Kravitz is now listed on the market for $38 million.

The Stanley House, the first single-family home project by Kravitz’s design firm, is 10,700 square feet and features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The residence has over a 270-degree view of Los Angeles and is marketed by listing agent Branden Williams as a fusion of old-and-new-school styles.

Kravitz designed the home in conjunction with Austin Kelly, the co-founder of XTEN Architecture. This was Kelly’s last project, as he died in 2015.

The Stanley House features a 70-foot-wide swimming pool, an outdoor fire feature constructed from a 12,000-pound granite boulder, and a hydraulic lift to move a hidden garage door. Marble walls, three levels of living space, and a lower level private nightclub round out the property. The Stanley House displays artwork by modern artist Retna.
