BEVERLY HILLS—Two former employees who worked for Alki David are suing him for sexual harassment. David was behind the Tupac Shakur hologram at the 2012 Coachella Music Festival. The two women worked for two of David’s companies Hologram USA and FilmOn.TV.

Elizabeth Taylor, 32, alleges that David once picked her up by her ankles and walked her upside down around the office exposing her underwear. Taylor said to the Los Angeles Superior Court Jury on Thursday, April 18 that she was, “Embarrassed, mortified, and humiliated” when describing the alleged actions of David. “I screamed for help and he locked me in an office and closed the door.”

Both women’s cases are being heard separately, but they are both being represented by attorney Lisa Bloom. Bloom summoned Taylor to testify in Jones’ case. Both women have scheduled trial hearings this summer.

Bloom said in her opening statement that Chastity Jones, 42, was fired because she refused to have sex with David. She explained that not long after her client Chastity Jones took the job, David made sexual advances toward her. After Jones refused the advances and said “no” David continued with the behavior a few days later.

Both women described occasions where David brought in a male stripper who was dressed in a police uniform and a time when they were made to watch pornographic videos including “2 Girls, 1 Cup” which was a video that went viral a few years back.

Alki David is represented by Ellyn Garofalo and in her opening statement she noted that Jones never made any allegations against David until after she was fired. Garofalo described her client’s business as a “wild and outrageous place” in which sexual innuendo was common.

David’s lawyer told TMZ that, “all of the allegations are false, and the women are targeting him to pressure him into resolving a previous lawsuit he has against them.”

He stormed out of court earlier in the week on April 16 shouting, “You are a…liar, you are disgusting” in the middle of attorney Lisa Bloom’s presentation.
