BEVERLY HILLS—Garrett Camp, 40, signed ownership of a newly built 12,000 square feet mega-mansion with long time partner Eliza Nguyen at the Trousadale Estates in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, July 2.

The property was privately sold by brokerage company The Agency. The property was developed by Mauricio Oberfeld. Records indicated the estate was previously listed for $13.7 million in 2014 after being listing for $14.995 million.

Hidden entrances surrounds the mansion, complimenting huge green shaped lawns that connects to an acre of land in a semi-subterranean car gallery on a hill overseeing Los Angeles metropolitan city. Before renovations, the property was a one-story home with a square foot of 10,000 with a detached guesthouse, a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Camp and Nguyen own two other properties in Los Angeles for a total of $15.6 million. The couple’s real-estate portfolio extends across the United States, including a $3 million penthouse in San Francisco and a $8.5 million Beaux Arts-style mansion. The couple owns a $8.25 million penthouse in Manhattan, New York.

Camp co-founded Uber with Travis Kalanick in 2009 and remains a board member. His other ventures include web-discovery service StumbleUpon and start-up studio Expa.
