BEVERLY HILLS—Former “Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen is selling 2 of 3 of his Beverly Hills mansions, located in the affluent neighborhood of Mulholland Estates.

According to Variety, Sheen plans to keep his 7,924 square foot home, which he purchased in April 2006 for $7.2 million and sell his 6,625 square foot Spanish villa, which was purchased in October 2012 from billionair investor, Tom Gores.

Sheen plans to release his 9,020 square foot, mock-meditteranean home purchased from Mike Medavoy, which was allegedly occupied by ex-wife, Denise Richards when her Hidden Hills home was under renovations.

Among other notable celebrities who have lived in the area include Christina Aguilera, Robbie Williams, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof, Judith Light and Rober Desideris, according to reports.

Canyon News reached out to Elite LA Homes, the realty group in charge of serving the greater Los Angeles jurisdiction, but no statement has been confirmed regarding the selling of the homes.
